Default blood test

hello, i am going for a blood test, and i am having a chem panel, urine test, triglycerides, cholesterol, kidney, and some others. its fasting, obviously. anyway, i really really want to work out beforehand, like its quite necessary for me. will this ruin the results or skew them in anyway? even if it does, since i normally workout, this is actually my "normal" body right so isnt this the state i want to be tested as? please respond!

I'd be afraid to work out while fasting - I mean, trying to get to the doctor's office visit after having worked out and not eaten...

Can you work out in the evening? Just this once?

And no, even if working out is "normal" for you it isn't necessary to workout before lab work. What time is your appt?

the lab is open from 8-11

my mom is going to drive me, and id be bringing food along to eat right after the test

i usually workout from 7-8, so id probably workout, come home, get to the lab around 845

but what im asking is, by working out, am i skewing the blood test results?
