I do it, and it seems to work well for me. There are different methods, alternating by days or by weeks. I alternate by days. I don't have a set plan, but M,T,W start out at about 800-1000 cals and hit 1400-1500 by weds. Th and F tend to be around 1800. Saturday can go above 3k. Sunday is almost a fat fast day. Usually under 1000 cals and heavy fat. Afte the blitz on Sat, I'm absolutely not hungry for a few days, but I'm still able to do all of my workouts and I feel good.

You may wish to read up on CKD and BFL. With their free day/carb up, they are also cycling calories. Another search term is "ABCDE diet." Nat has done this, I believe, plus you can look on the web. Obviously, even if you cycle calories, you don't have to cycle carbs if you don't want to.

Happy searching!

thanks! I tried some searches, here and on the internet, and didn't find much info except for this one body-building plan (not for me, lol!) I'm not interested in cycling carbs, just the calories =) Thanks again!

I didn't know there was a name for it. I've been doing something like that, because on some days I'm just hungrier than on others. I suppose it's what helps me maintain my weight.

Its interesting how people that are at or below their goal weight can continue want to loose weight.
The secret to my continuing weight loss obsession, is that I drop my goal weight each time I get too close to it.
