Why are you asking this in a war zone thread? Plenty of places better suited for your question.
I've used manna in smoothies, coffee or anything that calls for fat.

Same questions! I found a jar on sale & bought it for my husband. He loves coconut, me, not so much. Tho I like coconut oil.

Judy, somehow the coconut topic got started with post #39. That is how she asked about coconut manna. BTW, I eat it right off of the spoon.

Green tea is still magic though, right?

How long before we can get green cocoa beans on the market? There's a void to be filled here.

That means about half of what these TV doctors say to their millions of satellite patients is woo, and potentially harmful and wasteful woo at that.

And what is the fine for Dr Oz and his producers? Nada, Zip...and he still peddles woo!

Oz is a charlatan banking on his MD to satisfy his advertisers and the companies' products he markets as "beneficial to health" on his show. He could care less whether he's delivering a consistent, sound, healthy message as long as he's getting ratings. Zero ratings, zero show. Wonder if he even practices medicine nowadays? I'd definitely not be a patient.
