Thank you so much Gwabyn for your kind words....I now have major health issues..so honestly my advice to everyone, is to get the weight off now...just hoping this is all temporary....so everytime I think about binging or eating something off plan.. I am thinking about the way I am feeling....and opportunities lost by my weaknesses...its so ugly I swear grrr...

I've been experimenting with trying to add protein powder to my diet again. So far, it has simply made me gain weight. I guess I should just eat more eggs. :-(
