ScotiaGirl - Good for you for avoiding bingeing when you went off plan a little! I see that as a kind of "fall-back" NSV. Going off plan isn't perfect... but being able to avoid going into a full on BINGE is a pretty great 2nd best! A little off-plan may slow us down from reaching our goals, but typically isn't a major disaster. So, GOOD for you!

Isn't it amazing tho how a little off-plan eating can bring back all the aches and pains? You'd think the negative feedback would quickly teach us to stay 100% OP. But, I STILL seem to forget that lesson tho I've made the mistake at least a hundred times over the past few years. I swear, my DOG is smarter than I am. One time eating something that makes him sick and he won't touch that food again.

My numbers aren't quite as steady as they appear. My digital scale has been saying everything from 184.0 to 184.8 this week. I just thy to ignore the decimals... EXCEPT when it is .0 then I tend to get excited that MAYBE - JUST MAYBE - tomorrow will bring the drop to 183. Today is one of those .0 days. We'll see.

Was reading a thread on the "Low Carb Studies/Research" sub-forum yesterday about how much fat we need and I'm thinking maybe I need to try cutting back a little bit on the amount of cream I use in my coffee and the amount of butter I slather over everything. Keep enough for taste and satiety but cut back a little bit so my body has to burn some of its own fat again.
