Haven't been around much, but most days in August i had either:
1. Turkey roll ups with avocado, shredded carrots or cucumber, laughing cow cheese or swiss, mustard

Dry roasted chive and onion edamame and wasabi seaweed snacks

2. Siracha tofu with avocado and cucumber/rice vinegar salad

Seaweed snacks and whatever nuts were on hand

It's an old family recipe! Unfortunately it's Trader Joe's old family recipe Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Lunches last week mostly deli turkey, rolled around laughing cow cheese and apple.slices. I LOVE apples and have avoided them since going low carb, but just found these tiny ones from trader Joe's that are 11 net carbs, plus more than 3 fiber. They are soooooo good.I

Snacks were mostly wasabi seaweed sheets, string cheese and freeze dried broccoli or okra crisps.

One day was chicken soup.with celery, onion, carrot and shirataki noodles.
And one was tomato soup with melted mozzarella.
