ok,
so I was searching and ran across this little feature, and think I will begin to post all my workouts here in place of my P.L.A.N. Here's the catchup on the past 4 days of Induction and today. I am 4weeks post-op and have limited ability for upper body training. Right nowI'm going through physical therapy and home exercise and thank God for gaining more strength and mobility each day I awaken.

I was going to do my workout later on this a.m after we got back from breakfast however my husband insisted on me getting it over with prior. (So nice of him..lol) He waited while I was sweating away, just trying to push myself a little more everyday.

Sore, sore, Sore my lower body is still feeling the affects of my BiggestLoser DVD from Sat. Wow !! unbelievable and so many people think that just because Bob and Jillian are working out obese folks they are going easy on them and the workouts can't be that hard. SSHHHHHHHZZZ I've got about 6 of them and have yet to master any of them.

cardio-32min Treadmill 15m speedwalk/18mjog~fatburning zone

I chose to increase for another 2minutes to push myself a little bit more and mix it up by jogging the last part. I'm only jogging at a 2.9mph but I guess I gotta crawl before walking.

Whooo hooo !! I'm FINALLY OUT OF THAT sleepy slump. I ran the whole 25minutes listening to my dance music., and it's got me hyped today. I'm feeling a flashback to my healthiest and most fit period of my life and I AM CRAVING, WANTING AND WILL get back to building an even better beautiful body.
I refuse to accept because of my culture, my age, health probs that it cant be done. Because I know people who have.., and still are... with far worse issues and older than me. May take me a year or two but it's gonna happen.

That is such a GREAT feeling! I was feeling some of that at the end of the week last week, and then a funeral and thyroid med tweak took me back a step ... but I feel it coming back today!

What is the "fatburning zone" on your treadmill? I haven't gotten back on mine yet, as I've just been doing a variety of workouts on my wii ... but when I do get back to the treadmill, I was going to do intervals (walk/run or run/sprint), as it seems to help burn more fat.

BTW, I just wanted to tell you how beautiful you look in the picture with your husband and I *love* that dress ... would love to see it with you standing. Is it Natasha?

Ty for the comments..
You know my husband actually picked it out, he
wanted me to look breathtaking that evening. I checked the tag and cant quite figure out who's the designer. all I know was my mouth dropped when I saw he paid $300 for it. What I did see on the tag was the size wow ! It's a size 4. Boy cant wait to see that again.
As far as the treadmill., my fatburning zone is a slower mph for my age and weight. This is usally best for anyone needing to lose fat weight. The cardio zone just helps strengthen/oxygenate the heart and I also have a performance zone, which i could actually do sprints or intervals. I do intervals in the fatburning zone and just adjusts the speed when I need to go up or down.

I was disgustingly sweaty this a.m. Cardio endurance is something I really have to work on. I so badly wanted to start walking at the 20min point, but kept talking myself out of it.

I am still sore from two days ago. I didnt wanna get off the treadmill because it kept the muscles warmed and relaxed. I hate this part of feeling crippled when beginning/upping the intensity. In time I will have worked out all the lactic acid in my legs.. it just sucks right now. I have one more week of fulltime workouts in the house here, before my spotter is available to help me out in the weight room at the gym. I cant wait.., really excited about seeing some changes.
