I found this when I was looking into Crossfit and a few other types of exercise methods on the internet. I am deeply intrigued!

I was so fascinated I did more digging when I saw all this... I found that there is also a large group of people who do this type of exercise and do it barefoot or use Vibram FiveFingers to cover their feet. Its more of a functional fitness method imho that stresses movement, over and through obstacles, using the environment around you, etc. I just had to share this with you all, I was soo excited!

I'm going to have to start doing this in my local park or something!
