Smile Over 70 and hopeful

Today is my second day of LC...so happy I found this group. As a senior with limited physical abilities (ruptured disc, stenosis, sciatica) I'm finding nothing in life is as easy to accomplish as when I was 10 years younger. Having said that I'm not giving up. I still work as a crossing guard for a nearby school, and playground aid. The playground portion is too much time on my feet and aggravates my condition so I'm leaving the end of this school year and I'm training to be a pet sitter. My Chiropractor and I decided losing weight would be extremely useful and in conversation I learned he does LC so decided this is the route I want to go.
