UPDATE: IF seems to be working! I can even get away with the teeny bit of fruit I had been eating. I changed very little about the diet, just the eating times! 10 to 6 is my window.

I mean, I'm not dropping dozens of lbs yet, but I lost 5, in the past 9 days (I could have been down a lb or two of that from the nearly 2 months of LCHF prior. It won't go fast, but at least it looks like it just MIGHT go...

Great news So glad it is working and that you posted!
This morning I was trying to remember without success what thread and which member wrote about a problem with Fatty Liver Disease and elevated enzymes...and here it is now hiding under TOF's sub-forum

Dr. Fung has a new talk from a LC conference now available on YouTube, https://youtu.be/eUiSCEBGxX That I posted on his thread and conversation followed: Starting at post #568, watch the 30 minute talk, and then read the following comments, including Thud's amazing and rapid reduction of elevated liver enzymes with a VLC diet and IF. Love these data guys who keep organized records proving their success. Hang in there..you will be the next success story
