hello, I'm on my first week of atkins induction - I've lost 4 pounds in 3 days!!
am so relieved as it's not the first time I've done Atkins.
Lightest I've been in months feeling v optimistic - even if I don't lose anymore weight this week I will be happy with that.
need to keep looking here to vary menu but will get there.
Have 2 dana carpender books too which are great.
