Default Burpees

Holy gorgonzola, I just did 6 burpees and I am pooped. I know that six is not very many, but wow!!!!!!!!! What an intense thing to make myself do.

I'm going to do the thing where I do 5, take a break, 4, take a break, etc. However, they are very hard! I guess it shows that I need to do more of them.

I've been inspired by Mark's "Prison Workout." I am not in prison, but I would like to get myself into prison shape

Hey, WTG! Burpees are hard, but they always make me laugh. Good luck!

Forgive my ignorance, but what is a "Burpee "? To me it is a seed catalog that grows some lovely veggies!!

A burpee is as follows: from a standing position put your hands on the ground and jump your feet back, keeping arms straight. Do a pushup, jump your legs forward, then jump straight up in the air. I"m sure there's a video somewhere, but I'm too tired from doing burpees to look it up!
