Default 7 pounds 1 day?

My scale must be going bezerk! LOL! I weighed myself this morning(like i did for the first time yesterday morning) 7 pounds? I know this is impossible so i am not jumping up and down. My scale is new(probably broke!LOL!) or could it be a water thing? I will have to see tomorrow.......

I have jumped 6 lbs in a day due to water weight. My doc said the average is 5 lbs from day to day due to water, meds,TOM,foods eaten etc. Maybe try weighing once a week to get a more accurate picture.

Water likely - but who knows?

In any event, weigh yourself the same time each day - under same circumstances. For example, first thing out of bed in the am, before eating or drinking, same scale, etc.

You want to compare apples and apples!
