Hi Everyone out there in Holland. I,m English living in Vlaardingen South Holland, thats about 20 mins from Rotterdam. We"ve lived here 10 years now so to all you Dutch ladies, Ik kan ook Nederlands spreken en schrijven hoor! After doing a lot of searching on line and reading up on Atkins, Heller and general low carb eating, decided that maybe Atkins is the one for me. So 10days ago began the induction and guess what !! Yes 4 kilos off. Its the easiest diet ever, haven"t felt hunger for days now and am managing so far to vary whats on the plate quite well. Have also found low carb products for later. Think the only thing that would really drive me crazy would be if I couldn"t have bread, pasta or the odd taste of chocolate now and then. There is a rrrrreally tasty lowcarb bread called FijnLijntje, search google for website. Theres a bakker in St. Michaelsgestel who delivers. Your bread is sent on a Tuesday and arrrives Wednesday, pricey at 3.45 a loaf +pp~5.85, but well worth it for the convenience. Groetjes Lorna.
