hello,
What do you think of the training method called "7 minutes workout"?

If you are talking about doing 12 exercises for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest between. Then it is a good thing to do. They are quite hard exercises to start with, and ultimately the goal is to be able to do 1 per second.

If you currently do very little exercise or at least very little callisthenics type then it will have a big effect in the short term as far as getting muscles to move.

Personally I think it goes really well with this kind of diet as it makes our bodies use excess protein to keep our muscles in tip top condition, without doing loads of cardio which makes us feel hungry!

You have hit the mark! The problem is the hungry after cardio workout...these exercises were not properly extended and leave you a sense of well-being. And I think they are ideal for the summer

Many in fact, a couple of the free ones do the job. Take the routine with you anywhere.
