I feel kinda silly posting what I am doing for exercise, but I figure some is better than none! I bought a gazelle machine and did 5 minutes so far today. I am doing 50 situps a day and can do 40 reps? what ever it is called on my ab scissor machine. I admit I have to take a break between them on the scissor machine, but I do 10 at a time. Will this help me lose weight more, or am I just wasting my time? I would really like to get my belly flatter. I have had both knees replaced and can't do any exercise that involves my knees on the floor or taking any pressure.

How is your routine coming? I am just trying to get started myself and like you I figure I would rather do 5-10 minutes of something than nothing. At least I figure every little bit helps. That is one thing that I am really scared about with losing over 100 pounds, I am afraid I am going to be one of those who has that sagging skin left over and on my income there is no way I could afford to have that taken off. I mean I would be heart sick to put so much effort into this and end up like that. I am looking for some sort of routine that would help my stomach to tone up and possibly prevent that.
