I do the fawn shake as well.. with Kale and turnip greens.... No yogurt or peanut butter though...Love it....

I stick with mostly spinach and broccoli. I skip the peanut butter for now as well. I do use yogurt, just less.

I was doing the spinach too.. but I started limiting it because of the o___ acid... can cause gout.. it was recommended that I be careful not to get too much..

I have not... Just a fellow herbalist mentioned to me that it was possible to develop it from too much.... and for me Kale and Turnip both have such incredible nutritional profiles that it made a great switch.
