Breakfast - Wrap w/ 1 egg, 2 slices turkey bacon. 1 cup coffee, 1 tablespoon lowcarb creamer
Lunch - Salad w/chicken, lowcarb dressing, green peppers, tomatoes,SF jello, cheese stick
Snack - 2 celery/lowcarb peanut butter
Dinner- Tunafish, mayo
Snack - 1 cup coffee, 1 tablespoon lowcarb creamer
I was 120 in highschool, I guess it's just a goal. Thanks for your input!
