Default Walking

I am walking for 30 minutes 5 days a week, keeping my carbs between 20-40 a day, and weight training 5 days a week. The scale won't budge Any suggestions? -Jasmine

Can you provide a sample of what you are eating? If you are exercising that much you may not be eating enough food.

It may also be that at 5'7" your body is telling you that 132 is the optimal weight for you. From the photo you have posted you look to be at a very healty weight. Why have you picked 120 for your goal weight. That seems very low for someone who is 5'7"?

Breakfast - Wrap w/ 1 egg, 2 slices turkey bacon. 1 cup coffee, 1 tablespoon lowcarb creamer

Lunch - Salad w/chicken, lowcarb dressing, green peppers, tomatoes,SF jello, cheese stick

Snack - 2 celery/lowcarb peanut butter

Dinner- Tunafish, mayo

Snack - 1 cup coffee, 1 tablespoon lowcarb creamer

I was 120 in highschool, I guess it's just a goal. Thanks for your input!
