CKD Who had done it?
I have started my first week of following CKD regiment. I like the idea of having some foods that I miss on a limited and controlled amount, I'm not talking ice cream and cakes, I'm talking about higher carbed real food. I alway had a hard time excercising but I'm also liking the exact work out schedual and its not hours daily!
Yesterday i did my cardio before breakfast and full body weights in the afternoon and was showing pink on the ketone strips after supper last night. I've done 30 min cardio sessions twice today, just because I like it. I do plan on doing at least 30 min of cardio daily threw Friday. I have been making plans to get my strength training in while I'm cooking supper Friday evening and starting my carb up then, with real food!!
BF told me I should plan out what I'm going to eat that Friday evening and Saturday. I go back onLC and working out on Sunday then.
What can others tell me about your experiances with CKD? How poppular is it?
