Default Fruit...

How many fruit servings do you generally have each day while on Protein Power's "Intervention" phase? Or does it not matter, as long as you come in at 30 grams 'net/effective' carbs per day?

Thanks,

Sara

Typically I have 1/2c mixed berries/day with cream for added fat.

So generally, just one 'serving' or 'piece' per day? (love berries these days!)

It makes no difference as long as you stay within 7 - 10g net for each meal and 7 - 10g net for all snacks combined. The whole "fruit" prohibition and worrying about "cups" is a holdover from Atkins.

I eat peach halves whenever I can find them, and canned with no sugars when I can't find them, at least twice a week. I rarely eat more than one serving of fruit a day, but only because I am more of a veggie person.

You've both been very helpful!

Thanks a bunch

You mean I get to eat what I want????

Scary!

editing to add: I almost feel like Mom just took the training wheels off my bike.

That is exactly how I felt when I switched! I mentioned my 2 favs I added back instantly -- peaches and butternut squash.
