Default Great No-Bake Vancouver Cheesecake

Karen, I wanted you to know that I made one of your no-bake
cheesecakes on sat. I had my first slice today it was delioucs.
Iwanted to ask you for your thoughts on the low carb bars
those are all right to be eating aren't they? I hope so I bought
some of the atkins bars so when I really hungry for that
something sweet. Also just one more question that cheescake
can you freeze some of it.?

Thanks Cindy!

A no-bake cheesecake will not freeze well, but there is another recipe in my recipe section for a frozen cheesecake that you can eat while it's frozen.

I have a very strong and negative opinion about Atkins or any low-carb bars. First, they taste awful. Second, they contain hidden carbs, as many as 15 grams of hidden carbs. Third, there is all kinds of weird stuff in them.

So no, I don't think they are all right to eat at all! It's better to have control over what you put in your mouth by making your own food and carefully counting the carbs. At least you know what you are feeding yourself.
