So much to celebrate for the month! LindaLove - down almost 4 pounds! Jessdamess – EXCEEDING your goal for the month and now perched on the verge of a new decade. Gonwtwindo – down 6.6 pounds! Toddy – down (altho not quite as much as you’d hoped, every month with a loss is a WIN!) Tyra – down 7.5 pounds! Roz – down 5 more pounds and at the stage of letting your body find its “set point.” So proud of you! Jammie – down about 4 pounds for the month (TOM adds at least a pound or so of water weight we know so let’s not count that.) Oma (Susan) – down 3 pounds …even with a new scale that may have added an extra pound or so! Here’s to all of you…

Went back and looked at my first post this month and realized that I haven’t met the other two goals I posted. One was walking for an hour at least 4 days per week. Weather just has not cooperated for that goal. Too many rainy cold days. Plus, I’ve been battling a chest cold AND we were out of town for a week. Maybe March will be better for walking. The other goal was to go out dancing at least once this month. Didn’t manage that one either. Had Hubby all talked into it and then got the chest cold so we put it off. Dang!

Looking forward to another month with y’all. Has anybody started a new “March” thread yet?

The March thread is up - since it's now March here.

Meanwhile, congrats are in order to gonwtwindo and Bev.

Toddy, would you rather lose 2 pounds a month, or gain 2 pounds a month, hmm? And this has only been one little ole month, and a short one at that. Maybe if you promise yourself you'll make March the month when you'll start by weighing and tracking everything carbish just to keep an eye on things. Just a suggestion.
