Default rodeo's gym log

ok this is my first one ever. i have to work out to lose this awful weight. i am doing induction like its written in the book. no cheating at all this time. and i am gonna exercise 5x's a week. let it be three days at the gym or all five days at the gym.and i will start to jog/run three times a week and every week increase it by a day until my body gets use to it.

so todays work out consisted of
30 minutes on the stair thingy (worked my butts, yeah i have two, and thigh muscles)

30 minutes on the treadmill ( total legs)
one hour in the sauna

ok went for a walk tonight. it lasted an hour. not bad. just something to stretch my legs before tomorrow's workout. that will consist of an hour of weights and an hour of cardio. hope my poor body can take it from such a long break.

You're so committed! But you're spending such an awful lot of time at the gym. Have you checked out the Body For Life forum on this site? People who do BFL (or the LC version of BFL) are able to get incredible results with alternating a day of 20 min of cardio with a day of weights. Yes, that's 20 min of cardio on one day, and the next is about 45 min of resistance training. You workout 6 days a week, and take a day off. Work smarter, nor harder! You might actually be doing yourself a disservice by working out 2 hrs a day. Check it out!

I have not done this program myself, but my MOTHER DID, and went from 160# to 125#. I'm thinking of doing it myself, with a LC modification. Again, there's forums on this site that tell how people successfully followed a LC version of the pgm.
