You can use it like peanut butter if you like. Or eat it with a spoon. Or melt a square of high % chocolate and mix some into it... then eat it with a spoon. Or melt it and pour into a candy mold, refrigerate, and eat it with your fingers!
Thanks for the ideas. I melted some in the microwave and then stirred into greek yogurt with avocado, flax meal, and a few blueberries. It was delish!! I'm going to try adding it to a curry stir fry soon.

Coconut manna is made from the meat of the coconut, just like peanut butter is made from peanuts, coconut manna is made from the flesh so it has way more flavor than the coconut oil
they should actually call their product coconut butter (like peanut butter or almond butter etc)
There are some recipes for things called "fat bombs" that are made from coconut butter/manna. I've seen a chocolate recipe and a lemon coconut recipe. I can wait to try them!
