PCOS... All These Years Later

It's been 20 years since my diagnosis and I'm fast closing in on menopause. Are there any others who have the 'been there, done that' experience for a head's up on what to expect in the years to come? I have to wonder if menopause will be much different with PCOS than others who go through the change without it.

Uh, I had to have a hysterectomy...

Sorry to let you in on that one. BUT, it was the best thing I ever did. I feel so much better. I have had laser hair removal though, and with this diet, no other symptoms are a problem.
