Default Biscuit substitute

Walmart (at least in the south) has a premade, frozen scrambled egg pattie.
They are located in the frozen section near the frozen premade and cooked sausage patties.
If you microwave these patties you can use the egg patties for bun or biscuit replacement.
The sausage patties they sell are the same size as the egg patties.
I have been eating these for a quick breakfast for over a year.
This is my favorite breakfast.
Sausage pattie has 0 carbs, egg has 1 carb per egg pattie.

This may be old news but I had to share.

Thanks for the heads up Peak. I will check my local Walmart to see if they carry it down here.

Your welcome.
Good stuff even if you just nuke em and put cheese on them and eat them with a fork.

Do they have anything mixed in with the egg to help it hold it's shape???? What's the ingredient list?
