Default Getting back on track

Hello all. I am new to your forum and am excited to learn tips for all of you to continue to reach my weight-loss and fitness goals. I started Carb Addicts in May of 2000 to loss baby weight. I lost 30 pounds and kept in off until some time in 2004/05 when I went back to school and gradually gained some plus stopped working out. I then had major surgery in Feb of 2007 and lost all level of fitness. About 8 weeks ago I started a very low carb plan, less than 20g per day and doing crossfit. i have lost 10 punds and have gain a lot of muscle. I am more disciplined than ever before but am looking for some good ideas to shave off some more pounds.

I could use some recipes and food ideas also. my current diet is pretty much meat, butter, some veggies including: broccoli, green beans, leafy greens, cauliflower, cukes, zucchini and some onions. I am trying to drink my coffee black but occasionally sneak in some heavy cream. I still have some wine and beer and am not terribly interested in abandoning those pleasures.

Cheers,
kim
