Talking Too Fat for the Gym Exercise Log

OK...my goal is to lose just enough weight to boost my self esteem. When I feel ready I'll move on to the gym.

3-1-2010. Didn't start off on the right foot. Woke up later than planned so only got 10 minutes of exercise in this morning. I'll add exercise in later in the day.

Thanks! Good point.

This morning I was able to get 30 minutes in. My plan is to keep up the 30 minutes all week and go to the gym Saturday. My youngest son takes karate on Saturdays. My husband takes our son to the class and works out during that time. This Saturday I plan on going along. I want to get in the gyms sauna after working out but my self esteem is terrible right now. I get nervous just thinking about it. So....we'll see. Baby steps, right?
