Default Tim Tebow Explains How The Keto Diet Breaks Down Fat

Found this gem on YouTube: Tim Tebow Explains How The Keto Diet Breaks Down Fat

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaUgihFQzF4

Mr. Tebow is a powerful advertisement for avocados! Dr. Oz is much more respectful to him than he was to Gary Taubes (that earlier show was a disgraceful display of bias on the part of Dr. Oz and his producers.)

Thanks, DG, very amusing. There's always room for Tim on the keto train. Dr. Oz has to be positive, as the ketogenic "diet" is the hot one currently.

Cacao is for hipster doofuses. I still prefer cocoa.

Reasonable presentation. I wouldn't choose cashews for a ketogenic diet, hard to squeeze many of those in if you're only allowed 5 percent carbs.
