2.01 - 381 - Today is cheat day. BF is taking me to Olive Garden for our anniversary!
02.02 - 381 - No gain from the pasta or beer. On to a new week!
02.03 - 381 - Need to get back to the gym!
02.04 - 381
02.05 - 380 - woohoo 30 pounds gone forever!
02.06 - 376 - Yesterday was supposed to be 380. I'm sick so I'm wondering if that's why a 4 pound difference happened.
02.07 - 375

02.10 - 380.6 (bought a digital scale finally!)
02.11 - 380.0 (not enough water yesterday)

02.14 - 379.4 - feeling down today. I'm so mad at myself for overeating last weekend. It's crazy that one day put me back up!
02.15 - 376.2 - and the measurements got a boost too!!
02.16 - 375.4 - Yesterday was cheat meal day, so glad I still had a loss!
02.17 - 373.6 - Been going back to the gym and so far it's helping! Not to mention the 30 minutes I shoveled Saturday was 528 calories burned!
02.18 - 375.4 - Weighed after my first cup of coffee. Think TOM is around the corner

02.27 - 372.0 - got my workout done again this morning!

I ended February with a 8.4 pound loss. I've reached both goals set for myself. The first aiming for 2 pound losses each week and getting into one size smaller jeans!!

Febriary 19.........227.2 Yep, I knew it would be better. Taking my prescribed diuretic daily makes a huge difference.
February 20........226.6 Getting there! Need about another 5 lbs. to make my monthly goal.
February 21........223.8 So close to making that 10 lbs. for the month, keeping my fingers crossed!
February 22........222.2 One more pound to go for my monthly goal!
