Advice appreciated!

I'm about to become a dual citizen, living part time in USA and part time in Scotland. Am hoping to find low carb tortillas, Scandinavian crisp bread, Wasa light rye crisps in the UK. While I add to the list for this topic, can any of you reassure me on how to order such things via the net while I am living in the Glasgow area, meanwhile? They are easily found in the USA...

And are there any low carb oat cakes to be had in Scotland?
