Been working out twice a day.
Once in the morning, starting with 20 min of various cardio including jumping rope and some basketball.
Working up to 10 min of jumping rope plus 30 min of other cardio in the morning.
Then in the afternoon I either do weight lifting or Martial Arts.
Hard thing is to get up at 6:00 every morning. I am used to going to bed later and getting up later.

Thank you forest. I've actually hit 3 goals but I keep lowering them. I'm 5'6", so my first goal was 140, then 135, 130, now finally 125. I think I'll be happy with that but we'll see.
woo hooo! 179.6 this morning! I am sure I will play around at 179 to 181 for the next weekor so, but that was a nice number to see on the scale. I cannot complain as I started this around the 7 or 8th of January! Hopefully by the end of summer I will be at goal weight! 150 looks good on me as I am taller. Anything under that and people will throw twinkies and ho ho's at me when I am in the store, lmao.
I am excited! I am getting my curves back! YAY! Pretty soon I will be able to fit into all those clothes in the closet and those awesome bras from Victorias Secret!
