Having a great time

Thought I would drop a note cause I feel so good right now!! I have lost 18 pounds since 7/11 or so. I'm having the most fun this time around. The first two
weeks I did some dumb stuff but the last two weeks I have been really getting it together eating more veggies than ever and fiber. I have lost 3 pounds a week recently. I really think this time I can make the way of life change and stop looking at it as a diet. Lowcarber.org has been a great help in finding new things to help me hang with it.
