what about brie cheese?

Brie is pretty strong. Some people really love the stuff; has this rind and creamy/stinky on the inside.
Me, i'm more of a sharp cheddar or provolone person.

i LOVE brie...but no one really mentions eating on here...i looked at the content...no carbs...i say eat away for a day!

I love brie too. I put it in omelettes in the morning. Really yummy.

Brie really can't have NO carbs, but probably would take a good hunk to amount to more than a couple of grams, and isn't it the kind of cheese you can't eat too much of?

Brie is fine...roasted, melted, rolled in herbs, with fresh tomatoes, with fresh strawberries, dressed with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or some fresh tomato salsa or bruschetta...

And yes, you can overeat brie...at least *I* can.
