Default Broke my stall!

I have been on a stall for about six weeks, then I had carbs one weekend (for two days) and and started my low carbing again on Monday. Suddenly two days later I broke my stall and saw my weight going down again. I'm just saying it worked for me. It might not work for everyone. You know your body better than anyone else.

Funny- I had a similar situation but I ate carbs for 6 days straight while on vacation. Since coming back I've seen big weight loss- and not just water weight. I guess for some people all they need is to change it up for their bodies to get thrown off balance.

Maybe you're on to something. A couple weeks ago I went out with friends to eat. I had two glasses of wine and a salad. BAM two days later I dropped a couple of pounds. I typically don't drink so I thought for sure I would stall or that my scale was broke but no the scale is not broken and I lost 2 pounds to boot.

So happy I saw this post. I had been on a 2.5 week stall and was getting discouraged. This past Sunday, I did had a carb day then went straight back on LCHF the very next day. I've lost 3 lbs this week and am hopeful once again.

This more than got my attention because I have on quite a few occasions been very low carb, gotten stuck at one weight for rather a long time, then had some kind of carb indulgence that I was sure would set me back….and it didn't! I would either not gain anything, or I'd have a nice drop. Go figure!
