Default So far "Wyatt Earp Mode" works for me :)

How else can I explain it? Perhaps "Righteous Indignation Mode" or just the "I #%$&ing REFUSE not to LOSE Mode"?

I really like the Wyatt Earp approach to both my weight loss and my quitting smoking. I just sort of imagine my obesity and nicotine addictions as being... well not exactly "demons" or "devils" that need to be exorcised but perhaps as diseases-beings that have become part of me that I have decided to "evict"

I really like this video. It inspires me. I think of my body as being the bar, my obesity and smoking as being Johnny Tyler, (the poker dealer), and my will power as being Wyatt Earp and I just decide to kick their butts

I DEMAND having my way! If by Wednesday I have not lost any more weight or I am not on track I get PO'd! I will walk, I will run, I will sweat, I will fast... I will do just about anything short of chopping off body parts in order to make SURE I lose weight EVERY WEEK and throw that fat out of my bar! When the smoking temptation comes, again, I just think of Wyatt Earp kicking that temptations butt and throwing it out the door!

It works for me!
