Unhappy Now confused ketostix

I'm pre-diabetic 2, 2 yrs ago I had some fat in the liver. I now don't have any. My tryglicerides came down to normal. I am usually in range with blood sugar, except morning fast. I am low carb protein vegteable et.
My weight has dropped and I have a figure again. My question is: I did decided to buy Bayer ketostix from amazon. I was curious to see what it said.
It darkened the creme colour. Is this good?

No one really knows if it is "good". What you do know is that there are ketones in your blood. What has NOT been shown is that more or less ketones are better for weight loss. I have not seen any scientific paper show that a certain amount of ketones in the blood or urine leads to a better result. Your scale is right. You did lose all that weight, your blood work is great and you're in great shape.
