May 8 - 251.0 Yay! Just another pound and I will be out of the 250s
May 9 - 250.8 agonizingly slow but at least it's going in the right direction!
May 10 - 250.0 .. let's break into the the next decade!!
May 11 - 248.8 .. broken into the 240s in style!
May 12 - out of town, but keeping to the program
May 13 - out of town, but keeping to the program
May 16 - 247.4 - back in town and managed to lose 1.4 pounds while away. Woohoo!
May 17 - 246.4 - yay, it's moving again. Beginning of May I was on antibiotics.. I read somewhere that they feed antibiotics to cows to make them gain weight for slaughter and wonder if the antibiotics were contributing to the lack of a loss in early May. Either way, I'm glad of some scale movement.
May 18 - 246.8
May 19 - 246.2 bit by bit
May 20 - 244.8 *big grin*
May 21 - 244.6 and it stuck!
May 22 - 244.4 eking it out bit by bit
May 23 - 246.4 *silent scream*
May 24 - I weighed but not at my normal time so am not owning it today. Tomorrow for sure.
May 25 - 245.0 back down a bit ... I wonder if the warmer weather is leading to a bit of water retention. My ankles are a bit puffy.
May 26 - 244.6
May 27 - 242.8
May 28 - 242.8 - it stuck!! Just 1.6 pounds to reach my goal of 10 pounds a month
May 29 - 242.8 and it stuck again .. but I do need a leeetle bit more scale movement to see that 10 pounds for the month!
May 30 - 244 ...
May 31 - 243.8

Total loss for the month was 7.4 pounds. I'm disappointed since I target 10 but 7.4 is still a reasonable loss. Hopefully I'll hit the 10 pound target in June!

Not sure how to wrap up this month - usually if I have a stumble I give myself a couple of days to recover before I write the numbers in stone, but this has fallen right as the month is changing... So I guess I'm going to take the big number hit for May and hope that I show a massive loss for June, although hopefully most of this bloat will actually be gone by the end of the week.
