I sure can relate to this statement. I've started trying to work harder at it too, I know I seriously need it. It has gotten better, I don't hate it quite as much as I use to.

Thanks ya'll.

Well I decided to skip out on the gym yesterday but I saved the day and went on a 4 mile run around Piedmont Park. Did pretty good, burning about 300-400 calories.

I had a turkey breast tender for dinner, seasoned lemon pepper.

I did have a sweet tooth last night and had 2 tablespoons of Peanut butter with 1 tablespoon Minicarb chocolate chips (no SAs!)

Oh and a Diet Rite.

I skipped upper body lifting yesterday so I am going to do that this afternoon.

Went to the gym for upper body and cardio. Did great lifting Bis, Tri, Pecks, Sholders, and back. I decided that I am no longer going to do cardio when I lift due to calorie burning. I am going to see what happens if I reserve those calories on lifting days to see if I can make some gains. So, my gym sched:

Mon-Upper body
Tues-Cardio (level 8-9 Eliptical for lower body)
Wed-Yoga (90 min session)
Thurs-Swimming (2000 meters)
Friday-Upper body
Sat-Morning run on empty stomach.
Sunday-rest

So I skipped out on Yoga because it was such a nice day and I decided to run. Stated out on Peachtree Street and headed down to Piedmont Park. Total run was 35 min with a 5 min warm up and 15 min walk back to the loft. I felt great last night although my legs are a bit sore today. Lost .5 LB this week. Yay for me!

Good plan. You're already below your goal weight. Lifting heavy and giving your muscles plenty of food to grow on, will do the trick!

I skipped out on the gym today because I had a hair appt at 4pm and them an eye appt at 6. I gave in and got some glasses as I have issues driving at night. They look ok but I dont think that I am ever going to wear them unless I am driving or at a concert, musical, etc..

I have not posted in a few days. Went to the gym last night for an upper body. see above.

Ate too much junk this weekend. That happens when you are in a relationship and your partner is skinny and can eat whatever...

oh well, cardio like a mofo today.
