Spiced ground lamb patty with a side of southwest slaw from a bagged salad kit. Discovered I much prefer just plain, unspiced meat patty.

Haven't had dinner yet, but this is what it'll be: Wahlburgers. No bun, just the patty.

Scallops! I love 'em, but rarely buy 'em. They are so pricey!

Last night was salad with iceberg and watercress (why don't more people use it?? very nice) with good summer cherry tomatoes, including a Green Zebra from my garden - technically not a cherry tomato, but very small = amazeballs; tuna salad with mayo, celery & green onion; half a medium avocado; olive oil & tarragon vinegar; and parmesan cheese whisps (crackery things from Costco - all cheese).

A salad with pepperoni, mozzarella, and jalapenos. Main course was a ribeye steak from the pellet grill. Dessert was oysters on the half shell, done shooter style with tabasco and modelo.
