I don't have a cappuccino maker - I just nuke the almond milk for 1 min to get it hot, for a chai latte. I don't care for it in coffee, myself - prefer HWC.

It can be lumpy but I stir it really well with a fork. I also heat the milk first and then add it in, not the other way around.

I tried the milk version and really hate it. Almond is so much better.

we have a cappucino maker and put the almond milk under the steamer/frother nozzle. It froths up perfectly.

I have been using the unsweetened almond breeze in my protein shakes (in place of coffee in the morning)...About a cup 1/2 chocolate almond breeze, 1/2 avocado, some MCT oil, some protein powder, and a pinch of erythritol.

Blend all up...has a milkshake like consistency and tastes soo good. I don't think you can taste the avocado at all, but it really gives it a wonderful texture. The MCT really gets me going in the morning. Sometimes I used VCO in stead of MCT oil, but only if I want the coconutty taste

Almond Breeze is too thin for my coffee, and it adds too many carbs when compared with heavy cream. I don't much care about calories at the moment.

I do however find almond milk invaluable for protein shakes! I use 1/2 cup diluted in 1/2 cup water and then 1 scoop of protein. 4 carbs!

I agree it doesn't add much to coffee. But it is very LOW in carbs - if you're buying the unsweetened Almond Breeze - an 8 oz serving only has one net carb.

Has anyone tried to make yogurt out of AB? I used to make it with Carb Countdown(which I cannot find anymore). I actually think it is thick and enjoy it .
