Question Best Aerobic tape?

I used to go to aerobics all of the time...that is until I got bored with the same music over and over not to mention the moves. So I started doing my own at home a few years ago with my own music. Well I'm sick of that music now. Actually I almost hate everything on the radio now except talk shows!!! Call it old age, I guess!! I would like to know of some excellent dance/aerobic music or maybe some not so easy aerobic tapes!! I want the hardest workout available. To many times they give you crappy "talk a lot" videos. Oh yeah, Mr. Taebo was really annoying and I couldn't find any of my own music to go with it. I just need something to get me started again.

Thanks,
Ada

Unhappy No I haven't

They make you sweat? I always saw them advertised, but always thought they were just for sculpting with weights (girl on the front holding dumb bells).

Yes they sure make you sweat and its a great work out for defining your body

its aerobics and weight ~ the same time to help you loose weight faster and gain muscle.

It claims you could see result in 10 work outs

I Have seen result with a friend and I am on my 3 work out

Thumbs up Oh yeah!

I have been working out on and off since I was 17 and I do have to say they are the best stomach workout I have ever found. It isolates the abs and doesn't hurt your back!!! And WOW! What results! I can't wait to use it tonight!!!!

I love the Cindy Crawford NEXT CHALLENGE (her second) workout video. It's not like a normal aerobics tape as it is not "dancey", but she does kind of a circuit training with lots and lots of legs and 3 excellent sets of abs. It gets your heart rate up there (and the sweat pouring) so it's good for cardio as well, but BOY do my legs and BUTT kill the next day (in a good way!!)

Make sure you get her second tape though, the first one isn't good.

Enjoy
Lily
