One of the totally awesome things about low-carbing is that this gives me such freedom. If I want to skip a meal voluntarily, or I'm traveling and don't want to, etc; is use a cup of tea with salt and coconut oil. Even hydrating makes me feel better at such times.

This is incredible freedom compared to the tyranny of carbs.
