Nothing much to report. Got another good workout in last night (one hour!), so yay. Weight up to 145 today. What's with me? Oh well.

February 23, 2005:
Current weight:143.5 - 3 pounds down!

Goal weight:139

Exercise goal: 4x/wk for 40 minutes (or more)
Week #1: 4/4

Week #2: 3/4
Week #3: 4/4

Week #4: 3/4

Personal goals: Under 1400 cals & 35 net carbs

Hi All

I will not met my weigth loss goal! I´m at 199.7 this AM and I dont think I´ll lost more 5 pds untill monday! So, I need to accept the way my body goes.

But I have to tell you that I´m very happy with my exercises. Today I did my treadmill walk plus strenght exercises. I´m feeling really great!


Thursday Feb. 24

Weight the same today, but got a grueling 80 minute workout in last night! I feel like my limbs are going to fall right off today...

Not a great final week for me, I'm afraid I've been ill, so haven't done any exercise (and I've missed it) and I think that that's had an adverse effect on my weight loss. I did lose 1lb this week, but as I put on 2lbs last week, I don't feel that it's anything particularly to cheer about. Am pleased though that I kept on track with my food and water

Exercise goal: 7x/wk – to include yoga, Pilates, gym session, weight training, walking daily or any other form of exercise

I fell off the low carb wagon and gained 2 pounds, ugh.

I am starting induction today, need to get clean, I have too many cravings that need to "die"

Is this challenge going to move in to March? or does today start the new challenge?

I think this is the end of this challenge, but I'm sure there are lots more to choose from out there. Good luck in March everyone!!!

Thanks all for this challenge.
I did not make it to my goal weight of 189 but did make it to 191.4.
Did more exercise...stuck more to the program and tried more LC recipes because of this challenge and all you wonderful people.
