That looks very good Elle. Thanks for sharing.

I have cast iron skillets. One is a 6 inch and one is 9 inch. Do you think it would make much difference which one I use?

I used the larger skillet and it looked good when it came out of the oven but the egg ended up sticking to the pan. Plus it's a little too eggy for my taste.

I just ended up eating the pepperoni, sauce and cheese and it was still good.

I usually use layered pepperonis for my "crust" but this sounds heavenly! Will have to try it!

Interesting. I can't even taste the egg, it's so thin.

Yep, one serving. It's actually not that big. You can "bulk it up" with protein toppings.

Elle, I tried this recipe twice over the last few days and want to say thank you! I have never liked any of the LC pizza crusts I've tried, but yours is perfect -- and so fast!

My family is grateful, too. They love my homemade pizza and now I'm a lot more likely to make it for them because I don't have to eat something else and pretend I don't care I'm not eating pizza.

THANKS for this recipe!
I had it yesterday morning for breakfast (!) and it was wonderful.

I would have taken a pic but I ate it before the camera clicked!

Any way to avoid egg taste sounds good to me ^o^

Will definitely give this one a go tomorrow, probably with some diced cooked chicken on top instead of pepperoni~

I made this for dinner tonight. Lord, it is SO good. I don't even notice the egg. I'm telling ya, it's a thin layer underneath, not thick at all. I really don't know why I don't make this more often. Every time I make it, I tell myself, "I've got to make this more often!"

Do you lay the pepperonis down and then pour the egg on? That sounds like a possible crispy crust.
