Default 24.4 pounds in 11 weeks for a total of 45 pounds.

I have been low carbing for over 4 years and have finally reached my goal. I initially lost weight then nothing. For several years I was mostly content to maintain. I went back on induction several times with no additional weight loss. This year I tried again only with calorie restriction. 1500 calories or less gave me a 14 pound loss in about 8 weeks, then I stalled again. I went over 4 weeks with no weight loss. I found I was averaging 62% fat, 3% carbs, and 35% protein. Two weeks ago I boosted the fat to 70%, and reduced the protein to about 27% (100 gm a day). I have started loosing again even though my calories are now closer to 1700.

I think I can stand to lose a few more pounds so I will go for another 5 but it is time to start looking at maintenance.
