It is not a "plateau" until no weight or inches lost in 6 weeks.
Plan says "keto" but the only book listed is the Scarsdale Diet. That plan was very low fat and low calorie, rather different from a Keto plan. You might want to be sure you really are "keto" or do you want to use another?
