Staples:

Beef, lamb, pork, bacon, mackerel, eggs

coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, curry powder, cayenne, various Italian herbs

nuts, dark chocolate (over 85%), avocados

mushrooms, onions, spinach, garlic, eggplant, broccoli, tomato

kimchi, sauerkraut

Sometimes:

steak, cream, cheese, whole chicken, asparagus, salmon

If you're doing induction, you might want to wait until later to buy any nuts, 90%chocolate, onions, tomatoes and root veggies. Also-look for hidden sugar in anything like sausage and salad dressings. Lighthouse salad dressing in the refrigerator section of produce is one of the lowest sugar ones I've found but still at 1g per serving it adds up. If you like oil and vinegar, that has no sugar.

Condiments: Mayonnaise, Mustard, Low Sugar Ketchup, Splenda, Frank's Hot Sauce, Dill Pickle Chips, Worcestershire sauce, Horseradish, Maries Blue Cheese Dressing, Red, Apple & white vinegar, soy sauce

Meats & Seafood: Hamburger, bacon, chicken breasts, frozen shrimp, tuna fish in oil, Red Salmon canned with bones for salmon patties & salads

Vegetables: Cauliflower, green Beans, sauerkraut, rhubarb (when it's in season), mushrooms, spinach, romaine leaves, radishes, green peppers, jalapenos for jalapeno poppers, Onions, Romaine Leaves for sandwich wraps, artichoke hearts in oil, cabbage turnips (hashbrowns), spaghetti squash (pasta), celery. I love my veggies.

Fruit: Avocado, Tomato and Pumpkin (canned), lemons & limes

Spices & seasoning: dill, curry, allspice, parsley, bay leaves, old bay seasoning, turmeric, cloves, cinnamon, chili powder, oregano, garlic salt & powder, celery salt, black pepper, sea salt, ginger

Misc: Almond, orange, vanilla, rum extracts, pork rinds, almond flour, unsweetened hershey's cocoa, liquid splenda, red pepper hummus

Oils & Fats: coconut oil, vegetable oil, bacon lard, olive oil

Dairy & Eggs: butter, heavy cream, cheddar, monterey jack, swiss, bleu cheese and mozzarella, parmesan cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, full fat cottage cheese, unsweetened greek yogurt.

Nuts & Seeds - Not a staple as I can binge on nuts and seeds aren't my thing.
