Lisa, awesome story, thanks so much for sharing it with us. I could identify with a lot of your childhood food issues, as I'm sure many of us can. LC is changing lives for a lot of us who thought it would never happen!

Hi Lisa. Thanks for sharing that! You're a fantastic example of having the right attitude - this isn't a crash diet, you're probably not going to lose 2 lbs a week, and this is a permanant lifestyle change.

I must not have ever read this, what a wonderful writer you are! Lot's of you story hits home to me, esp the food parts, and I also hate jogging. But I do it any way... I know some day when I get to where I want to be maintaince will be a breeze... per se...

I'm glad that you are not a quitter and that you are still working it!!
