New to low carbing
I've always used calorie counting but it's just not working well any more so I thought I'd try low carb. I know a couple of diabetics who did the blood sugar/low carb diet and lost a ton of weight and are also off their diabetic meds. I'm not diabetic but have heard many success stories about low carbing.
I am not trying to follow any plans but am gathering info on the internet on what to eat and how to count.
Keeping a log is a great idea. I am 10 weeks into the Low Carb (LC) eating plan. I have been doing Atkins Induction Phase I the entire time. Down over 30lbs and feeling really good. I eat whole foods that I prepare and feel full most of the time.
